As President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said today, the country could not help but hold a military parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, and the coronavirus pandemic was not an obstacle. “There was no other way; we had no other choice. And if we did, we would do the same, ”he said.
Lukashenko called the world seized by the pandemic “distraught and lost orientation,” after which he urged not to blame Belarus for holding the Victory Parade.
